The practice and discussion of anaerobic treatment technology of organic waste by Li Zhong, Chairman of Welly Group

        On December 20, in the 2019 Solid Waste Strategy Forum co-sponsored by E20 Environmental Platform and China Urban Construction Research Institute Co., LTD., Li Zhongzhong, chairman of Welly Environmental Protection Technology Group Co., LTD., delivered a speech on the theme of "Practice and Discussion of anaerobic treatment Technology of Urban Organic Waste".


        

Dr. Li Zhong proposed that with the trumpet of "garbage classification is the new fashion", the new hot issues facing the field of solid waste. How to treat and recycle municipal organic waste? How to reduce the total cost of municipal waste disposal?


Recently, ten ministries and commissions jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Industrialization of Biological Gas" ([2019} No. 1895), pointing out that biological gas is the only green ecological energy that can form a complete closed cycle chain among renewable energy sources. The organic waste produced in human life, human and animal manure, straw and other raw materials through anaerobic fermentation to produce biogas, biogas purification to biological natural gas, biogas slurry can be made into organic fertilizer returned to crops.


It can be seen that the bio-natural gas industry based on anaerobic treatment technology is about to enter the fast lane.


As an expert in the recycling of organic waste, Wiley Group has successfully implemented the practical application of anaerobic treatment technology in several projects. Among them, 77 anaerobic treatment projects have been implemented in nearly 300 leachate projects, 33 anaerobic treatment projects have been implemented in nearly 50 solid waste projects, and more than 230 anaerobic treatment projects have been implemented in more than 250 agricultural organic waste projects.

   



        

At the meeting, Dr. Li Zhong discussed the applicability of anaerobic treatment technology to dry and wet. Dry anaerobic treatment technology is generally suitable for raw materials with low water content or solid raw materials, such as straw, garden waste, organic domestic waste and so on. Wet anaerobic treatment technology is suitable for raw materials with high moisture content or flowable raw materials, such as kitchen waste, kitchen waste, feces, etc.


Willy Group introduced Germany's MYT eco-energy technology, a combination of dry hydrolytic acidification and wet anaerobic treatment processes, suitable for good or bad classification of raw materials, to achieve easy degradation of organic matter and fuel or inert matter separation. At present, this technology has been applied in a number of cases of Willy Group.


        

Later, Dr. Li introduced the solutions of food waste and catering waste using MYT technology, and shared the technical ideas of collaborative treatment of food waste and catering waste.


Dr. Li said in the end that the goal of garbage classification is to maximize resource utilization. The choice of anaerobic technology depends on the raw material and disposal and the final way, he believes that the use of biological gas has a bright future. In addition, the current progress in the fertilizer utilization of organic matter in urban organic waste is slow, and policy and technology are needed to promote it.
