Recently, Welly Group won the bid for the sewage treatment project of Changsha sewage Treatment Plant sludge and domestic waste clean incineration collaborative disposal phase II, with a construction scale of 1300m³/d.

The project is located in the Changsha Municipal solid waste treatment plant in Sha Tin Village, Qiaoyi Town, Wangcheng District, Changsha City. The treatment process of the project is "slag removal machine + pretreatment + conditioning tank + anaerobic reactor + intermediate tank + external MBR+ nanofiltration + reverse osmosis". The concentrated nanofiltration liquid is transported to the municipal sewage treatment plant for collaborative treatment or into the incinerator for re-injection, and the concentrated reverse osmosis liquid is used for lime pulping and re-injection in the incinerator. The sludge is treated with "centrifugal dehydration" until the moisture content is 80%, and then transported to the garbage bin for incineration by dry sludge pump. The effluent water quality of the system meets the supplementary water reuse standard of the open circulating cooling water system in the "Urban Sewage Recycling - Industrial Water Quality Standard" (GB/T19923-2005).

With the bid for leachate treatment of Changsha Municipal Solid Waste Treatment Plant in 2009 as a symbol, Welli entered Changsha with professional technology and high-quality service, and then won the bid for the leachate lifting expansion project of Changsha Municipal solid Waste Treatment Plant in 2014. In 2015, we won the bid of Changsha Municipal solid waste deep comprehensive treatment (clean incineration) project sewage recycling and treatment project. Up to now, the total scale of sewage undertaken by Welli in Changsha solid waste treatment plant has reached 7700m³/d, mainly involving four major treatment systems: landfill landfill leachate treatment, incinerator high-concentration leachate treatment, domestic sewage treatment and low-concentration inorganic sewage treatment.

The successful bid has further improved the share of Wellie Group in the landfill leachate treatment market. The group will do a good job in the relevant work of this project with consistent high standards and strict requirements, and contribute Wellie to the clear water, blue sky and pure land of Changsha.
