Recently, Welly Environmental Protection Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Changchun Municipal Solid Waste Management Center signed the "Changchun Municipal solid waste Treatment Center leachate treatment Project Contract". The construction scale of the project is 3000m³/d, the operation service period is three years, and the bidding amount is 206 yuan /m³.
The project is located in the east of Changchun City, 6.5km south of the Jichang South Line 14km Mogugou Tun, about 35km from the city center. The treatment process of the project adopts "external MBR+ nanofiltration + reverse osmosis" and "concentration and drying treatment system". The effluent shall comply with the Table 2 standard of "Domestic Waste Landfill Pollution Control Standard" (GB16889-2008). The project has high concentration of leachate pollutants, complex and variable water quality, complex technology required, a large number of equipment involved, and high technical requirements for equipment integration and installation, so higher requirements are put forward for project implementation.
