Xuzhou National New project is a large-scale biogas project within the central budget in 2017, and has been selected as a national major construction project database. Combined with the actual requirements of animal husbandry development and environmental protection in Peixian County, the project changed the raw materials from a single straw to straw, livestock manure (chicken, duck, cow, pig, etc.), kitchen waste and sanitation feces, and realized the coordination of multiple raw materials and the overall resource treatment of urban and rural organic waste. Among them, faced with the problem of high hydrogen sulfide content in biogas produced by meat duck manure fermentation, Guoxin Company and Hangneng Environment jointly explored new technologies and new processes, overcome technical problems, and provided experience and cases for reference for duck manure treatment process.
The project has now officially entered production operation. The biogas produced by the fermentation of raw materials such as manure and straw is partly burned to generate electricity online, and the other part is purified into biological natural gas, which is successfully connected to the Peixian Ganghua Gas pipeline and successfully realized grid gas supply, and the biogas residue and biogas liquid are supplied to melon and vegetable growers as fertilizers. Cogeneration of heat and gas fertilizer, to achieve the diversification of products, the formation of "biomass - biogas - power generation - natural gas - planting" circular economy industry chain.
Xuzhou Guoxin Project is expected to handle 360,000 tons of livestock manure, 20,000 tons of straw, 14,000 tons of kitchen waste, 24,000 tons of sanitation manure, with an annual output of 19.8 million cubic meters of biogas, 15.8 million KWH of electricity, and 7 million cubic meters of biological natural gas.
