The project is located in Longkou City, Shandong Province, and mainly serves the area south of the North Manan River in Longkou City, Beima Town and Haidai Industrial Park. The treatment process of this project is "coarse grid and lifting pump station + fine grid and aerated sand sedimentation tank + regulating tank + flat flow sedimentation tank + hydrolysis acidification tank +AAO/MBBR tank + secondary sedimentation tank + high-density sedimentation tank + fiber turntable filter + ozone advanced oxidation + biological activated carbon filtration + contact disinfection". The effluent shall comply with Category V standard of the "Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard" (GB 3838-2002). The project process is complex, involved in more than 300 equipment, a large number of types, equipment integration and installation technology requirements. At the same time, the project schedule is tight, coupled with the cross-operation of equipment installation and civil construction on the project site, which puts forward higher requirements for project implementation.
