Leachate storage pressure is large, how to solve the urgent needs of the owners? The Panjin project team of Welly Environmental Protection Group has done a good demonstration.
I. Project background
The sewage treatment station of Panjin Municipal organic Waste biochemical treatment project is located in Panjin Municipal Solid Waste Comprehensive treatment Park, which mainly treats the wastewater generated in the park. The current situation of the park includes the domestic waste landfill in operation, the municipal sludge plate press filtration dewatering facility, the medical waste treatment facility, the incineration power generation facility under construction, the sludge thermal drying system and the fly ash landfill area, and the kitchen treatment facilities are planned.
As the original supporting leachate treatment capacity can no longer meet the current operational needs, and has reached the end-of-life, the new construction of the park supporting sewage treatment station is imminent. Welley Environmental Group took on the project.
The sewage treatment scale of this project is 760m³/d. The clear effluent from the sewage treatment system meets the limit requirements of sewage discharged into the collection pipe network system of urban sewage treatment plant in Table 2 of the Comprehensive Sewage Discharge Standard (DB21/1627-2008) of Liaoning Provincial local standard and the heavy metal restriction requirements in Table 2 of the Control Standard of Domestic Waste Landfill Site (GB16889-2008). It is discharged to the first sewage treatment plant of Panjin City for treatment through the municipal sewage network.
2. Construction and commissioning process
The process of this project is determined to be carried out on the basis of current civil engineering, and the main process route is: "the combination process of pretreatment + anaerobic + membrane bioreactors MBR+ nanofiltration NF, and the concentration of nanofiltration is reduced".
Due to the huge pressure of leachate accumulated on site, in order to alleviate the leachate storage pressure and solve the urgent needs of the owners, the project team of Welli Panjin worked overtime to carry out the project construction. In early October 2020, the whole set of sewage treatment equipment was installed, the system was powered on October 12 and entered the commissioning stage, the activated sludge dosing work of the biochemical system was completed on October 29, and the system reached the full load of water on November 16.
In the harsh conditions of the site, such as lack of running water and muddy roads, the project team of Welli Panjin successfully completed the installation and commissioning of the project despite numerous difficulties. The on-site commissioning team fully carried forward the spirit of Welli people, and spent less than one month to complete the work from sludge domestication to full load water, which is worthy of recognition and learning.
3. Affirmation and praise
At present, the project has successfully entered the trial operation stage, which not only reduces the pressure of on-site leachate accumulation liquid treatment, but also provides effective technical support for Panjin City to create a municipal "sewage zero direct discharge area". To this end, the owner Panjin Jinghuan Company specially made a golden flag for the Panjin project team of Welli to thank the hard work of the Welli team.
