The most representative liquor in China is baijiu. According to relevant statistics, China's annual production of liquor reaches 13.5 million tons, and each production of 1 ton of liquor produces about 14 to 16 tons of wastewater, and the annual output of wine wastewater is as high as 189 to 216 million tons. As a kind of high concentration organic wastewater, if it is discharged directly without treatment, it will cause great pollution to the surrounding environment and surface water. 

Project background

The EPC project of the sewage treatment station of Anjiu Tucheng Base is undertaken by Beijing Huiheng Environmental Protection Engineering Co., LTD., a subsidiary of Wiley Group. The scope of service of the project is the sauce wine Brewing plant of Block 1 and 2 of Chishuihe Branch of Guizhou Guifu Wine Industry Co., LTD. The service object is the production wastewater and domestic sewage of sauce wine production. 

According to the environmental protection requirements under the new situation, the drainage water quality of the winery needs to meet the direct discharge standards of the "Discharge Standard for Fermented Alcohol and liquor Industry water Pollutants" (GB27631-2011), so the winemaking enterprises must build sewage treatment facilities matching with the winemaking production according to the requirements. 


The total sewage treatment scale of the project is 3000t/d, which is divided into two phases. The treatment scale of the first phase sewage station is 1500t/d, and the treatment scale of the second phase sewage station is 1500t/d. The project plan mainly considers the construction of the first phase of the sewage station, while taking into account the sharing of some of the structures and equipment in the first and second phases. 

Solution

 

Sewage treatment

The sewage treated by the project includes high-concentration yellow water, waste water and other daily production wastewater generated during the brewing process of soy sauce wine. In order to avoid the impact of high-concentration yellow water and waste water on the influent water quality and the impact of the effluent water quality exceeding the standard, the treatment of yellow water and waste water has become the focus of this plan. According to the actual investigation of the project and relevant industry experience, the design of this scheme will be yellow water and waste water unified collection and storage, and then mixed with other daily production wastewater in proportion for treatment. 


The wastewater treatment process adopted by the project is "pretreatment + two-stage anaerobic + two-stage AO + ozone contact oxidation +BAF+ disinfection", and the effluent is discharged according to the standard. 


Sludge treatment

The chemical sludge and residual sludge produced by the project system are filtered by plate and frame, dehydrated to 60% moisture content and then treated by the owner. 


Odor treatment

The odors emitting from the regulating tank, anaerobic sedimentation tank and sludge dewatering room of the project sewage treatment plant are collected and deodorized by deodorizing equipment. After meeting the secondary standard in Table 1 of the "Discharge Standard for Malodorous Pollutants" (GB14554-93), they are discharged through 15m high exhaust cylinder. The odor concentration in the plant boundary of the project reached the second level of the "Odor Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB14554-93).

 

Noise control

The plant boundary noise of the project meets the Class 3 standards of "Industrial Enterprise Plant Boundary Environmental Noise Emission Standard" (GB12348-2008). Noise during the construction period shall comply with the requirements of the Environmental Noise Emission Standards for Construction Site Boundaries (GB12523-2011) and the Regulations of Guizhou Province on Environmental Noise Pollution Prevention and Control. 

Project experience

01 Yellow water and waste water should be collected and stored separately.

According to the understanding of the project site and the relevant project experience, the yellow water and waste water produced during the waste water production of soy sauce wine brewing are the main reasons for the fluctuation of the water quality of sewage treatment. At the same time, the pollutant concentration value of the wastewater of other workshops is also gradually increasing with the advancement of the brewing process. If the yellow water and waste water during waste water production are directly mixed with other daily industrial wastewater, the wastewater treatment process will be overwhelmed and the effluent quality is difficult to ensure. Therefore, in order to facilitate targeted and focused effective treatment of yellow water and waste water, this program collects and stores this part of wastewater separately, and then carries out subsequent treatment. 

02 The collected yellow and waste water is mixed proportionally with other daily industrial effluents to reduce the load.

Due to the low concentration of pollutants in other daily production wastewater, this scheme is designed to "blend" yellow water and waste water with high concentration with other daily wastewater in proportion and release slowly, which not only ensures that the high concentration yellow water and waste water will not have an impact on the sewage treatment system, but also ensures that the wastewater entering the sewage treatment system will not have too low concentration. Improve system utilization efficiency. 

Project significance

According to the environmental protection requirements of relevant departments and laws and regulations, the construction of Anjiu Tucheng Base sewage treatment station project began in June 2020, with a total design scale of 3,000 tons/day, of which the treatment scale of the first phase sewage station is 1,500 tons/day, and the treatment scale of the second phase sewage station is 1,500 tons/day, which is expected to be completed and put into operation in December 2020. At that time, the sewage treatment station of Anjiu Tucheng Base will reach the wastewater treatment capacity of the first phase of 1500 tons/day, and ensure that the effluent quality of the plant reaches the discharge standard of "Fermentation alcohol and liquor Industry water pollutants Discharge standard" (GB27631-2011) through relatively perfect engineering design, so as to protect the local water environment from pollution. 

The construction of the sewage treatment station of Anjiu Tucheng Base has witnessed the new breakthrough of Welli Group in new fields, and is the construction model of Welli Group's sewage treatment project in winery.
