Recently, Welly Environmental Protection Technology Group Co., Ltd. won the bid for Xi 'an kitchen waste resource utilization and harmless treatment (Phase II) project, the design scale of the project is 200 tons of kitchen waste/day.

In 2015, Xi 'an City government selected Xi 'an Welli Environmental Protection Technology Co., LTD. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Welli Environmental Protection Group) as the franchise operator of the first phase of the project through public bidding, and the project company was responsible for the investment, construction, operation and management of the first phase of Xi 'an Restaurant Kitchen project, which was officially completed and put into operation in December 2018.

With the development of Xi 'an city, the resident population and tourist population have increased rapidly. The daily amount of food waste produced in Xi 'an has increased by about 200 tons per day compared to seven years ago. The existing Xi 'an Kitchen project Phase I can not adapt to the rapid population growth and meet the needs of Xi 'an kitchen waste treatment, the urgent need to build Xi 'an kitchen project Phase II.

Combined with the operation experience of the first phase of the project, fully considering the characteristics and treatment difficulties of kitchen waste, the second phase of the project adopts the terminal disposal process of "mechanical pretreatment + anaerobic fermentation + biogas power generation + sewage treatment + deodorization treatment" to realize the harmless, reduced and resource-based disposal of kitchen waste. The process can not only reduce the pollutants such as solid slag, waste water and odor in the disposal process, but also fully and effectively separate the organic matter in the kitchen waste and make resource utilization of it, realize the maximum resource recovery of the grease in the kitchen waste, and realize the double harvest of social and economic benefits.

The successful bid of this project promotes the centralized and resource-based disposal of solid waste, responds to the overall layout of the state for environmental protection, and effectively ensures that the level of ecological civilization construction is compatible with the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way; At the same time, it will make contributions to ensuring food hygiene and safety, people's health and urban environmental health in Xi 'an; It will also have a significant positive effect on Wellie Group's corporate image and economic growth targets.
