Dust removal technology
Dust control technology includes four categories: Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP), Wet Electrostatic Precipitator (WESP), Bag Filter (BF) and Electrostatic-Fabric Composite Precipitator (Hybrid), and more than a dozen classified products.ESP is designed with Swiss technology. Its principle is to ionize the gas molecules in the flue gas with high-voltage discharge equipment, so as to charge the dust. Charged dust migrates to the anode under the action of electric field force, and finally discharges on the anode and is collected. Especially, WESP has an excellent catching effect on fine dust such as PM2.5. It can make the dust in the flue gas reach nearly zero emission.
Denitration Technology
The technology of flue gas desulfurization and deacidification refers to the technology of using desulfurizer to remove SO2, HCl, HF and other acid gases in flue gas. According to the dry and wet properties of desulfurizer, it can be divided into three categories: dry method, semi-dry method and wet method, and there are dozens of processes. WELLE mainly adopts the mainstream processes such as SDS dry process, SDA(spray dryer absorber) semi-dry process, CFB (circulating fluidized bed )semi-dry process, lime (limestone) / gypsum process, single alkali process, etc., which are suitable for various complex working conditions of power, boiler, incineration, kiln, steel and other industries, and can make acid gas in flue gas reach the ultra-low emission standard.
